I had to take a moment to drop you a line about Peggy in your office.  I have a very difficult Rx and I recently had to switch from my long time brand.  Peggy has been absolutely wonderful -- going out of her way to make sure I was well taken care of.  It's rare in this day and age to get even adequate customer service.  Peggy has been exceptional.  If we could clone her, the world would be a better place.  You could not have a better representative for your practice.
